Willkommen, Bienvenido, Welcome

Pusteblume International Preschool provides children with a fun and community-oriented multicultural environment where instruction in the German and Spanish language serves as a catalyst for the development of each child’s unique cultural identity.

Our licensed, native-speaking, early childhood educators focus on providing quality instruction in a warm and nurturing setting that cultivates the growth and development of your child. Music, movement, literacy, and visual arts are an integral part of the preschool curriculum.

To our preschool program we welcome families with children from 2 to 5 years of age of all international backgrounds who are interested in having their child learn either German or Spanish, or BOTH as a second language.

For our afterschool programs and holiday camps we also offer activities for school-age children from 6 to 12 years of age! Language support is so important once your child has entered the American school system. Pusteblume has fun, individually-tailored programs and activities to help acquire and improve language, reading and writing skills and is a perfect way to keep your child in touch with or re-introduce them to the German or Spanish language when they speak mostly English in school…

Pusteblume International Preschool is directed by Friends of the German International School of New York, Inc., a non-profit, 501(c)(3) corporation.
